Use the form below to register for a new BCMS Gold (Welfare) account. You may also contact JDA, Inc. by phone (800) 231-0669 to set up an account. Your subscription will be valid for one year from your date of purchase. If you have questions, or would like to speak with a JDA, Inc. representative about the BCMS database call us at the number above.
